Summary:

This course provides an overview of the purpose and functions of a computer's component parts and the interrelationships of the hardware architecture, system software, and applications software. The architectures of processors and storage systems are explored and the implications or system software design are examined along with the impact of hardware and system software design on the development of application programs in a business environment.
